Timothy’s West Chester is an elegant and beautifully designed, private service banquet facility located in the Parkway Shopping Center at the gateway of the town of West Chester. Whether you are planning an intimate family gathering, grand celebration, corporate function, wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, sports banquet, or community fundraiser; Timothy’s Banquet Room provides the flexibility with a wide variety of competitively priced menu options which can be customized to meet the needs of up to 60 guests.

Timothy’s West Chester does not charge a room fee with the selection of any buffet package totaling over $500. An ivory linen & set up charge of $7.99 per table applies to all events.
To reserve Timothy’s banquet room, a signed confirmation form and a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposit will be applied to total bill at the conclusion of the event. Deposit is forfeited if event is canceled within 30 days of scheduled function date or if room damage. Service fees of 18% will be added to the total function.
Room is available in increments of four hours. Extended hours are available at the rate of $100 per hour. When booking your event, an approximate guest count is necessary. Please note that the final guest count is required 72 hours in advance of your affair. This count will serve as the minimum number of people for which you will be billed. A minimum of 20 guests is required to book Timothy’s banquet room unless otherwise agreed upon by a manager. Full payment for your event is required 72 hours prior.
No outside food or beverages allowed with the exception of a special occasion cake. Containers for guests to take home cake are available for 20 cents per. Due to health code regulations, no unused food or beverage can be removed from Timothy’s Banquet Room. All food must be consumed on premise.
